At LensShine, we strive to ensure that your wholesale orders reach you safely and efficiently. Because we process bulk orders, shipping charges and delivery timelines differ from standard retail platforms.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is strictly chargeable and is calculated based on the total quantity of items in your cart. We use a quantity-slab based calculation to determine fair shipping costs for heavy wholesale orders. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Verification and Dispatch

Due to the wholesale nature of our business, all orders undergo manual verification by our team before dispatch.

• For Prepaid Orders: We will verify your payment and then proceed with booking the shipment.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We require an advance payment before the order is processed or dispatched. The specific advance amount required will be shown at checkout. Once the advance is received and manually verified, we will dispatch the order.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times are estimates and depend heavily on your location and the specific courier service assigned to your shipment. While we aim to dispatch verified orders promptly, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates due to potential logistical delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your shipment is booked with a courier partner (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.), we will update your order with the Courier Name, AWB (Tracking) Number, and a tracking URL. You can track your order using our Track Order page.
