1. Wholesale Operations & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

We operate strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale manufacturer and supplier. To maintain our factory pricing structure, every product is subject to a strict Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) which is displayed on the respective product page. Orders not meeting this requirement cannot be processed.

2. B2B Pricing, GST, & Input Tax Credit

All prices listed on the platform are exclusive of shipping costs. Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be levied as per the applicable rates (usually 18% for our categories). For registered businesses, please provide your GSTIN at checkout to receive a valid tax invoice for Input Tax Credit (ITC). We are not responsible for ITC mismatches if an incorrect GSTIN is provided.

3. Order Verification & Processing

Because we handle bulk shipments, all orders are subject to manual verification. The placement of an order on the website does not constitute a legally binding fulfillment contract until the order is manually verified, and payment is successfully collected in our accounts.

4. COD Advance & Forfeiture Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a mandatory advance payment is required before dispatch. This serves as a commitment fee to cover heavy logistics.If you refuse the delivery of a COD wholesale order upon arrival, the advance payment will be 100% forfeited to offset the two-way freight and handling costs.

5. OEM / Custom / Private Label Manufacturing

Requests for Private Labeling, custom branding, or printed boxes are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to separate offline agreements, higher MOQs, and 100% advance payment terms. Please contact our support team to discuss OEM manufacturing.

6. Product Images & Visual Representation

We aim to display every product accurately. Product photographs and videos represent the actual product or product variant offered for sale. To improve clarity and presentation, images may be captured using professional cameras or studio lighting and may be digitally or AI-assisted for adjustments such as brightness, sharpness, colour balance, resolution, cropping, or background cleanup. These adjustments are not intended to add, remove, or materially alter the product's identity, label, quantity, size, specifications, selected variant, or essential features.

Minor differences in apparent colour, brightness, reflections, transparency, shadows, or finish may occur because of lighting, camera conditions, image processing, screen settings, or normal batch and packaging updates. Such visual differences do not affect the stated specifications or quantity. Customers should review the product title, written description, dimensions, pack size, specifications, and selected variant before ordering. If a supplied product is materially different from its listing, incorrect, damaged, or defective, the customer may contact us for the remedies available under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in this clause excludes or restricts any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

7. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

LensShine is operated and headquartered in New Delhi. These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising out of your wholesale purchases, shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or remedy available under applicable law, disputes arising from B2B transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, Delhi.
